"We did a total turn-key project on our 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath house in Granby with Distinctive Design. I have nothing but good things to say about Cari, Theresa and the entire staff. The suppliers that we worked with were also wonderful. I met with Cari and Theresa right after we closed on the house, we agreed on a color scheme and a budget, then I returned back to Chicago, where my full-time residence is. In the meantime, there were a lot of phone calls, discussing a lot of details, but I never doubted that Cari and Theresa had our best interests at heart. When they finally presented us with the master plan for the house, I was so pleased with not only how beautiful it all was, but how they had truly stayed within our price range.
Something that happened with our job that hopefully, doesn't happen to anyone else, is that before the decorating actually started we had a flood in our house and ended up having to have quite a bit of reconstruction done. Once again, the Distinctive Design team kept their low-key yet professional attitude and that helped get us through this terrible period in our lives.
When we finally got out to Granby and walked into our house, we could not believe how gorgeous it had turned out. The house is just so exactly what we had envisioned. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"We used Distinctive Design Interiors during the design and building phase of our home as well as for the interior furnishings. The staff was incredibly helpful in all phases. We cannot stress that utilizing this team in the earliest phases of our project led to efficiencies in design which were remarkable! As you know, change orders during construction can be very expensive. By utilizing the company's expertise early on we were able to keep change orders to a minimum, and this kept more closely to our budget for construction. As far as color coordination and choice of furnishins, Theresa and her staff were invaluable. The finished product was even more beautiful than we ever expected!
We don't plan on ever moving from our "dream home" but if we were to build and decorate another home we would definately use Destinctive Design to help us in that endeavor."
